Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping fee: €12.95
    • Tracking information provided
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Shipping Areas

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Spearfishing/apnea wetsuits (due to direct skin contact)
  • Booties/Gloves (hygiene reasons)
  • Diving disinfectants (chemical products)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Used safety equipment (regulators, diving cylinders)

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • A copy of your invoice and the RMA number must be included with your return

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] using the return request template below.
  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with detailed instructions.
  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship your return to:

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • For credit card payments, the credit will appear on your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as your return is validated.
  • If the new product is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the new product is less expensive, we will refund you the difference.
  • Delivery times for exchanges follow our standard shipping times (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:
